After opening a scratch Allstate Agency in 2007 and being blessed to grow it to the "mega-agency" designation, I sold my agency in 2019 to pursue other business ventures. In that same year, after launching a custom tailored CRM for Insurance Agency Owners, The Follow Up Tool, I was also able to exit that company to allow it to grow and expand to help even more owners countrywide.
In 2020, myself and my wife launched 'Triumph Studios', Fort Wayne's first true authentic boutique fitness studio experience. After 4 years of growth and expansion, we were blessed once again to exit the company to focus solely on our new found God driven purpose, The Standard Playbook.
After seeing too many agency owners lose themselves chasing the next milestone, the next bonus grid, or the next shiny thing the company threw out there, I am committed to helping high-achievers grow thriving agencies without sacrificing their peace, purpose, or relationships .
